The Cook is back in Action



The first day after having my mixture back I went to town. I made three types of focaccia bread, pavlova and creme brulee.

A tradition in our family is to have pavlova Christmas morning but this year my mixture was in the shop. during Christmas It is my husband's favorite dessert so I had to make it for him even if it was a little late. Truth be told, I have grown fond of it also.

Creme Brulee


Pesto focaccia with gorgonzola, mozzarella and parmesan.
My favorite focaccia. I could eat a whole loaf in one sitting!
