By the way, the desserts were AMAZING. That cheesecake--to die for. It was funny because we were all quite full, but when one person sliced the cheesecake, had a bite, then said, "Oh, you've got to try this," whoever else had a bite, had to get a whole slice too. Within 20 minutes, EVERYONE had a slice of cheesecake on their plates. It was sooooo yummy. The rest of the desserts were great too. I loved the oreos, and the girls thought the cake pops were so fun. Just like a sucker but without the sticky mess. And I think Summer was your biggest fan of the melt aways. She loved them. Thanks so much. It was all just perfect for us.

Presentation - The cake's appearance invited us to try a piece. The fresh raspberries gave it a simple elegance while giving an impression that quality ingredients were used. Texture - The cake was dense and moist. The frosting was appropriately firm without being chewy. Flavor - Yum! The icing had a dark chocolate flavor that was rich without being too sweet. We loved how the dominant flavor was cocoa - not sugar. We also really liked the whole berries in the filling. It was a nice touch that again brought out the attention to detail and quality ingredients. The icing, cake, and filling balanced each other perfectly.

Robin recently catered a book launch party for me. I was so impressed with the variety of beautiful foods she created. Everything was delicious and she is still getting compliments. Robin is very flexible and would love to create any menu that suits your needs exactly. I am looking forward to ordering a week of freezer meals for the next time I see a crazy week on the calendar.
