Katie Jo asked me to send some Christmas Goody Boxes to friends and family in St. Louis. I had to modify the boxes a bit for shipping but it was fun.
In the Chocolate Lover box I added some Cake Truffles instead of the Cookie Truffles and Peppermint Bark instead of the Peppermint stuffed cupcakes. They both will travel better.
In the Nut Lover Box I swapped the Chocolate Caramel Bars for Candied Pecans

I had a taste of the cake truffles and they were delicious. I'm sure Katie Jo's family will love them!! Robin, you are a fantastic chef--I hope Robin's nest catering does deliciously well!
